Q345与Q690低合金高强度钢的磨损性能对比

摘要 为了深入了解不同强度级别低合金高强度钢Q345与Q690磨损性能的差异,模拟相关磨损工况,通过磨损试验及扫描电镜(SEM)观察等手段,对Q345与Q690在不同载荷和腐蚀介质下的耐滑动磨损性能和耐腐蚀磨料磨损性能进行对比研究,并简要探讨磨损机制。结果表明:Q345钢与Q690钢的组织均主要为铁素体+珠光体,且Q690钢的组织较细。在相同磨损试验条件下,Q690钢的耐滑动磨损性能和耐腐蚀磨料磨损性能均优于Q345钢,且2种试验钢在酸性介质下的耐腐蚀磨料磨损性能相对于中性介质下均较差。2种试验钢的滑动磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损和疲劳剥落,腐蚀磨料磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损和腐蚀磨损。 In order to understand the difference of Q345 and Q690 high strength low alloy steel,the sliding wear resistance and corrosion abrasive wear resistance of Q345 and Q690 high strength low alloy steel were studied under different loading conditions and corrosion mediums,and the wear mechanism was also briefly discussed.Results showed that the microstructures of Q345 steel and Q690 steel were ferrite and pearlite,and the microstructure of Q690 steel was fine.Under the same wear test conditions,the sliding wear resistance and corrosive abrasive wear resistance of Q690 steel were better than those of Q345 steel,and the two kinds of test steels had worse corrosion abrasive wear resistance in acid medium than in neutral medium.Furthermore,the sliding wear mechanism of the two kinds of test steels was mainly abrasive wear and fatigue spalling,and the corrosion abrasive wear mechanism was mainly abrasive wear and corrosion wear.
