摘要
为了评价油田某管道在其输送介质中的耐腐蚀性,采用动静态浸泡、管道冲刷等模拟试验手段,利用显微形貌观察、腐蚀失重速率、电化学表征等测试手段相结合的方法,研究了该管道管材在其输送介质中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:由于输送介质中腐蚀离子成分和管道运行工况的共同作用,管材在Cl-溶液中的腐蚀较严重,在SO42-、CO32-和HCO3-溶液中腐蚀轻微;并且随着Cl-浓度和介质流速增加,腐蚀程度均加剧。因此该管道管材与其输送介质不匹配,管道在运行过程中会发生腐蚀,应采取相应的内防护措施,以延长管道使用寿命。
In order to evaluate the corrosion resistance of an oil field pipe material in its conveying medium,the corrosion behaviors of the pipe material in its conveying medium conditions were studied by means of immersion and electrochemistry analysis.Results showed that under the combined action of the corrosion ion composition and the pipeline operation condition in the conveying medium,the degree of corrosion of pipe material was serious in Cl-solution,while was slight in SO42-,CO32-and HCO3-solutions.With the increase of Cl-concentrations and medium velocities,the corrosion degree increased.The pipe material did not match its conveying medium,and the pipeline would be corroded during operation condition.Therefore,the corresponding internal protective measures should be taken to prolong the service life of the pipeline.
