摘要
建筑史教学如何成为'有用'的知识,能否为建筑设计创新提供启示?本文以同济建筑系西方建筑史课程的部分内容为例,介绍任课教师对相关问题的理论思考与实践探索。论文分析了新时期建筑史教学对知识形式和教学方法的新要求,以引入关于记忆的理论展开深入讨论,并提倡在开放的史学中融入历史的多种叙述,使建筑史教学成为构建学科记忆的过程,成为连接传统与创新的不竭源泉。
How can architectural history perform as a more 'useful' knowledge for architectural design? Based on the history course of western architecture for architectural students in Tongji University, the article presents some thinking and teaching experiments of the teacher in response to the relative changing conditions and new requirements for the form of knowledge in our architectural education. By introducing and developing the theories on memory, the author tries to prove that teaching architectural history should be, embracing open ended history studies and multiple narratives, recognized as the form of a disciplinary memory and the way of continuously bridging the design innovation and the architectural tradition.
