摘要
在过去三相流测井中,流量的测量是油、气、水三相的总体响应,无法直接获得分相流量,影响了产出剖面测井资料的准确性。超声波-多普勒反射波法,通过发射高频超声信号并对接收到的多普勒散射信号作频域分析,获得多相流体流动截面的相态分布和速度分布,求得各相流量。利用超声波的多普勒效应测量流体中离散相的流速;利用反射波强度测量离散相的持率,通过非集流方式,在基本不改变流体流动状态的情况下实现了气相流量测量。在青海油田应用超声波-多普勒三相流测井16井次,不仅解决了油、气、水三相同出及脱气井产出剖面测井瓶颈难题,还可以进行出砂井产出剖面测井,具有较强的实用性,为油气田开发提供了准确的动态监测资料。
In the past three phase flow measurements,flow measurement is the overall response of oil,gas and water.It can not directly obtain the single phase flow,which affects the accuracy of the output profile log data.The ultrasonic wave Doppler reflection wave method is to analyze the frequency domain of Doppler scattering signal by the high frequency ultrasound signal so to obtain the phase distribution and velocity distribution of the multiphase fluid flow cross section.The velocity of discrete phase is measured by ultrasonic Doppler fluid.The rate of discrete phase is measured by the intensity of reflection wave.The gas phase flow measurement is realized under the condition of not changing the fluid flow state by non packer way.At present,ultrasonic wave-Doppler three phase flow logging has be applied 16 times in Qinghai oilfield,which not only solves the bottleneck problem of oil gas water three phase output and degassing well output profile logging,but also can carry out production profile logging in sand well.It has strong practicability which provides a detail and accurate dynamic monitoring data for oil and gas field development.
