摘要
焊接工艺是拉杆整个制造工艺过程中最关键、也是最容易出质量问题的工序。对45号钢拉杆的结构和焊接工艺进行了分析,焊缝中易产生夹渣、气孔和裂纹等焊接缺陷。采用TGS-50焊丝直流TIG焊接工艺,并对焊接工艺性能进行了评定:用着色探伤检验焊缝外观质量,用X射线探伤检验焊缝内部质量,对试件焊缝进行了拉伸试验、弯曲试验和试件冲击试验。与常用的直流反接手工碱性焊条电弧焊焊接工艺相比,45号钢拉杆直流TIG焊接工艺焊缝接头的组织结构和力学性能获得很大的提高。直流TIG焊接的45号钢拉杆,已大批量的成功应用到断路器的新产品中,并在电网中安全运行。
Welding is the most critical process and the most prone to quality problems in 45 steel pull rod manufacturing process.Through structure and the welding analysis of the 45 steel pull rod,there is a weld defect of the porosity,slag inclusion and crack etc.in the welding seam.DC TIG and TGS-50 wires are used to weld procedure qualification.The welding seam quality of specimen is checked by penetrant inspection,X ray flaw detection,tensile test,bending test and impact test.Compared with the common SMAW,the welding of the 45 steel pull rod is better and steady,the quantity and the structure of the welding are greatly improved,the large quantity 45 steel pull rod of DC TIG welding are succeed to apply in the switch and security in the transmission grid.
