摘要
本次历史建筑确认工作是在历经了几次国家级文物普查工作之后,在东城区已基本完成区内历史文物的摸底工作基础上,为扩大保护范围,将优秀近现代建筑,以及有价值的传统民居等登记在案,做到'一物一册'。本文主要阐述了历史建筑确定工作中使用的《乾隆京城全图》(以下简称《乾隆图》)比对、高精度影像第五立面提取、历史价值文献检索和住户访谈等技术方法,以此保证历史建筑信息的全面、准确。同时基于普查成果,对城市更新过程中的历史建筑保护及再利用进行思考。
The confirmation of this historical building has been done on the basis of the basic work of historical relics in Dongcheng District after several national cultural relics survey.In order to expand the scope of protection,the outstanding modern architecture,and the valuable traditional folk houses were recorded in the case to achieve'one thing one book'.This paper mainly expounds the technical methods of the comparison,the extraction of high precision image fifth facades,historical value literature retrieval and household interview,in order to ensure the overall and accurate assurance of historical buildings,which are based on of Qianlong capital map(hereinafter referred to as'Qianlong map').At the same time,based on the census results,this paper discusses the protection and reuse of historical buildings in the process of urban renewal.
