摘要
基于国产Kingbase数据库建立GIS数据库,对应急保障信息进行分类编码,对异构、海量的信息进行科学组织和管理,研究文本、图像和视频等信息与GIS数据之间关系。把信息检索、可视化技术结合起来,构建虚拟数字地球,通过自然环境和星历的模拟,加载地理空间信息,进行三维场景仿真的应急保障系统。
Based on the domestic Kingbase database,this paper establishes GIS database,classify and encode emergency response information,the organization of heterogeneous,massive information for scientific organization and management,research the relationship between text,image and video,and GIS data. Putting the information retrieval and visualization technology together,this paper builds virtual digital earth,through the natural environment and ephemeris simulation,loads geospatial information,an emergency support system for 3 D scene simulation.
