摘要 以广东大亚湾核电站为参考厂址,研究了欧洲核应急决策支持系统RODOS 3.0中的大气扩散模型ATSTEP的适用性。研究结果表明,ATSTEP是一个计算速度快、适用于事故后果快速评价的模型。另外,对模型中存在的若干缺陷和不足进行了修改和说明。 This paper presents the results of a study on the applicability of the atmospheric dispersion model ATSTEP over complex terrain. ATSTEP is one of the models for atmospheric dispersion calculation integrated in the European decision support system for nuclear emergency management RODOS 3.0. The Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant site located in a coastal area in Guangdong Province, China has been taken as a reference for this purpose. The results have shown that ATSTEP is a fast computing model and generally applicable to rapid assessment of accident consequences. In addition, errors and deficiencies existed in the code have been explained and corrected.
