摘要 以碱性皂土为载体,钒、钼为活性组份的催化剂气相选择性催化氧化2-甲基吡啶制备2-吡啶甲醛; 考察了反应温度、氧气用量及液体进料速度等因素对催化剂活性的影响.结果表明:在反应温度为290~300℃,空气流速为220mL ( h(1,钒钼活性组份以氧化物计的摩尔比为1:1.26,液体进料速度为25mL ( h(1时,原料的转化率为50%~58%,反应的选择性为80%~90%,收率为43%~50%. Pyridinealdehyde was prepared by selective catalytic oxidation of 2-methylpyridine in gaseous phase through catalyst bed. The catalyst was composed of vanadium and molybdeneum as active ingredient and with alkali bentonite as carrier. Factors affecting the activity of the catalyst were researched, such as reaction temperature, quantity of oxygen and liquid feedding speed. The results indicate that 50%~58% conversion, 80%~90% selectivity and 43%~50% yield can be obtained under the following optimal reaction conditions: reaction temperature 290~300℃, air space velocity 220mLh-1, mole ratio of V2O5 and MoO3 1:1.26, liquid feeding speed 25mLh-1.
