摘要 针对传统病房监护系统结构复杂,操作不便的不足,给出了一种新型可穿戴式多生理参数无线监护系统设计方案。设计了集血压、血氧、脉率及体温于一体的多功能腕式测量终端,其具有体积小,便携及易于佩戴等诸多优点;搭建了采用ZigBee网状拓扑结构的无线传感网络,通过实现服务器与无线传感网络之间的多网关通信提高了网络性能;建立了相应的中心监护软件以实现测量数据的实时显示,病人信息的集中管理以及远程报警与控制等功能;制作了一定数量的原理样机并在局部范围内验证了该系统应用于医院病房监护的可行性。 To cover traditional ward monitoring system's shortage of complex structure and inconvenience,this pa-per proposes the design method of a kind of wireless physiological parameters monitoring system for hospital ward. A multifunctional wrist-type collector which integrates the function of blood pressure,oxyhemoglobin saturation, pulse rate and body temperature measurement was designed with noteworthy advantages of small volume,portable and easy to wear;a wireless sensors network based on ZigBee mesh topology was built meanwhile multiple-gateway communication mode was adopted between WSN and serverto improve the network performance;corresponding cen-tral monitoring station was established to fulfill real-time view of measured parameters,centralized management of patients'information,distant alarm and control,etc. a certainnumber of prototypeswerefabricated and the feasibility applying to hospital ward is verified in local area.
