摘要
本文立足于新时代生态文明建设这个宏观背景,以农村生态环境保护财政政策为研究目的。深刻分析新时代我国农村生态环境保护财政政策面临的问题,从找准出发点,把握着力点,抓好落脚点三个方面理清思路,提出了新时代加强农村生态环境保护的财政政策应对思路。
The fiscal policy of rural ecological environment protection was set as the research purpose based on the macro background of ecological civilization construction in the new era. A deep analysis of the problems faced by the financial policy of rural ecological environment protection in the new era of China has been conducted from three aspects of sourcing the starting point, grasping the focus point and finding the foothold. And countermeasures have been put forward to strengthen financial policy of the rural ecological environment protection in the new era.
