摘要
为了研究电动汽车动力电池模组的动力学特性,对模组进行振动分析。本文以某公司生产的电池模组为研究对象,运用三维设计软件Solid Works建立模组的模型,同时利用ANSYS Workbench的modal模块对电池模组进行了振动分析。获得了动力电池模组结构内外各个方向的变形参数,为电池模组的振动实验和结构的优化设计提供了理论支撑和实践指导。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the electric vehicle battery module,the vibration analysis of the module is carried out. In this paper,the battery module of a company is taken as the research object,of which the model is established with Solid Works,and the vibration analysis with ANSYS Workbench. The deformation parameters of the power battery module inside and outside the structure are obtained,which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the vibration experiment of the battery module and the optimal design of the structure.
