摘要
电池箱起到固定及承载电池重量的作用,是动力电池系统的关键部件。本文根据某企业生产的纯电动汽车动力电池箱结构,采用Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件建立动力电池箱的模型,分析电池箱的应力分布情况。根据有限元分析的结果对其结构进行优化设计,改善了应力集中情况,增加了结构强度以及减轻了重量,为电池箱的优化设计提供了理论支撑和实践指导。
The battery box has the function of fixing and bearing the weight of the battery,and is the key component of the power battery system. In this paper,based on the structure of the pure electric vehicle battery box,the model of the power battery box is built by using the Workbench Ansys finite element analysis software,and the stress distribution of the battery box is analyzed. To optimize the design of the structure according to the results of finite element analysis,improve the stress concentration,and increase the structural strength and weight,this paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the design and optimization of battery box.
