摘要
文章阐述了台湾职业教育现状及对龙华科技大学等三所学校在通识教育、三创教育、翻转课堂教学、环境育人、实践育人等方面的学习体会。借鉴台湾全人教育理念,从改革人才培养方案、构建通识课程体系、实施务实课堂教学改革等三方面阐述了本次学习对今后工作的启示。
This paper expounds the present situation of Vocational Education in Taiwan and the learning experience in three colleges,including Longhua Science and Technology University,during the study tour,we learn a lot in general education,three- creation education,the flipped classroom teaching,environmental education and practical education. Drawing on the concept of the "whole- person"education in Taiwan,which means integrity education,this paper expounds the enlightenment of this study from three aspects,such as reforming personnel training plan,constructing general curriculum system,implementing practical classroom teaching reform.
