摘要
木装饰工程广泛应用于楼地面工程、墙柱面工程、天棚工程中,在定额中的设置是按常规做法的。实际工程计价时要根据具体情况做适当的调整和换算。木地板工程需要调整的内容有:楞木的规格与间距,是否设置木垫块,木龙骨的固定方式,水泥砂浆厚度等;墙面工程需要调整的内容有:木龙骨断面与间距,龙骨与墙面的固定方式,基层是单层还是多层,基层是否平整,面层是普通拼贴还是斜拼等;天棚工程需要调整的内容有:木吊筋的高度、断面,木龙骨的断面,木吊筋是否跌级,是否刨光等。希望为广大造价人员正确地计价提供学习和借鉴依据。
Wood decoration engineering is widely used in the ground and floor engineering,wall and cylindrical engineering,ceiling engineering. In quota valuation is usually set according to the conventional practice. The actual project valuation should be adjusted according to the specific circumstances and conversion.
