摘要
利用CATIA逆向设计模块,对工业3D扫描仪获得的点云进行加工处理是逆向设计的一种常见方法。在获得点云的过程中,对同一个目标对象的扫描往往不能一次完成,需要多个角度多次扫描,对于一个表面尺寸变化较大、体积较小的扫描对象来说,操作就更加繁杂。在此探讨了一种多次扫描、获得多个点云文件后再利用软件进行合成的点云获得方法,操作简便快捷,可大幅提升扫描效率。
It is a common method in reverse design to process the point cloud which is acquired by industrial3 Dscanner by using CATIA reverse design module.In the process of obtaining point cloud,the object can not be scanned completely at one time,which requires multiple angles and multiple scans.For a scanning objects with large changeing surfacesize and smaller volume,the operations are more complicated.In this paper,a method to obtain point clouds by scanning many times has been discussed,and then synthesizing them with software.The method is simple and fast,and the scanning efficiency can be greatly improved.
