BIM协同设计在长春某综合楼机电工程中的应用

摘要 随着时代的发展和科技的进步,BIM技术在建筑设计中的应用需求量增加。阐述了在建筑设计机电工程中各专业对BIM技术的应用,通过协调优化建筑、结构、暖通、电气、给排水、管理工程各专业,建立数字化的建筑模型和更合适的方案。应用BIM协同设计,可减少失误,增强团队协作能力。 With the development of society and technology,the demand of BIM-based application in building design also increases.This paper introduces the application of BIM technology in various professional fields,in the mechanical and electrical engineering of architectural design.Through the coordination of construction,structure,HVAC,electrical,water supply and drainage,and management engineering,the establishment of a digital building model,the coordination and optimization to various professions,a more suitable program has been achieved.Through BIM collaborative design,it can be found that the application of BIM technology can reduce errors and enhance team collaboration.
