摘要
提出将金融创新工具资产证券化应用于长春市市政供水基础设施项目融资中,利用基础设施本身进行融资,以改善长春市供水基础设施建设融资状况,解决基础设施建设耗资大、资金回收慢等融资困境。在长春市市政供水基础设施资产证券化可行性分析的基础上,设计出交易运作模式并给出有关实施建议。
This paper proposes the financial innovation tool of asset securitization in Changchun municipal water sup -ply infrastructure project financing ,financing the infrastructure itself ,in order to improve water infrastructure financing status in Changchun ,to solve the high costs ,the slow recovery of funds and financing difficulties of infrastructure con -struction .Based on the feasibility analysis of asset securitization which apply to municipal water supply infrastructure in Changchun ,this paper designs a reasonable operational pattern and gives the implementation strategy .
