摘要
通过对学术界现存的观点阐述,对学位论文的再发表是否属于学术不端行为进行分析,指出产生学位论文再发表的原因及可能带来的影响,对何种情况下可认定学位论文再发表不属于学术不端行为进行辨析界定,以此期待实现学术期刊对待学位论文再发表的准确界定,实现合理的共赢。
Through the elaboration of the existing ideas in the academic world,the paper analyzes whether it belongs to academic misconduct behavior in the republishing of degree thesis,and it points out the causes of dissertations and publish,and its possible impact on what can be identified. Thesis published again does not belong to the academic misconduct,in order to expect reasonable state of academic journals to treat the degree thesis republished,achieving reasonable win-win.
