摘要
经过近些年的发展,高职院校市场营销专业人才培养模式创新取得了一系列进展,但是仍然存在人才培养目标不明、人才培养规格无个性、针对性能力的形成保障不足等问题。应以行业、产业和岗位人才需求作为人才培养模式创新的起点,根据行业、产业内营销人才职业生涯发展阶梯确定人才培养层次定位,根据行业、产业和岗位人才需求特点构建人才培养规格,根据行业、产业和岗位需求拓展学生的综合素质和专业素养,以此促进营销专业人才培养模式创新。
