摘要
加强高校党风廉政建设是加强党的执政能力建设、巩固党的执政地位的必然要求,是实施科教兴国,全面建设小康社会的现实需要,是办好人民满意的高等教育的迫切要求,是深入推进反腐倡廉工作、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。高校反腐倡廉工作要坚持"立党为公、执政为民"的本质要求,坚持"标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防"的方针,坚持把反腐倡廉工作与高校的改革发展和教学科研紧密结合。
To strengthen and improve the construction of the Party's ruling ability, ruling status and an overall well-off and harmonious society, institutions of higher learning must intensify the construction of incorruptness of the style of Party work. The construction of incorruptness in institutions of higher learning must insists on the policy of 'Running the Party for the public interest and exercising the state power for the benefit of the people' characterized by overall management both external and in ternal treatment with priority on prevention. The work must be in line with its reform and develop ment and teaching and scientific research work.
