摘要
用滤纸片法测定多菌灵对绿色木霉菌丝生长的毒力回归式为y=-1.2997+2.9544x±0.1482,方差分析表明完全符合实际。用改良的涂布平板法测定多菌灵对绿色木霉分生孢子萌发无抑制作用,当初菌丝生长至12.50～28.33μm时,菌丝先端畸形,从而抑制菌丝生长、分生孢子梗分化和分生孢子形成。
It was measured by method of fillter paper round section that the toxicity regression equation of carbendazim on T. viride was y= ?. 2997+2. 9544±0. 1482. The results of variance test showed that was very true. It was measured by improved smearing plate culture method that there was not inhibited effect of carbendazim on spores germination of T. viride,when primary hyphae growing 12. 50-28. 33μm,The hyphae ultimate were swelled. Therefore, It was inhibited mycelium growth,conidiophe differentiation and conidium formation.
