燃用F-T柴油对防爆柴油机性能和排放的影响

摘要 为研究燃用煤基燃料F-T柴油对防爆柴油机性能的影响,以发动机台架为试验平台,在加装了进排气阻火器和水洗箱的防爆柴油机上分别燃用0#柴油和F-T柴油。结果表明:与国Ⅵ 0#柴油相比,燃用F-T柴油时,防爆柴油机的经济性改善,有害排放物大幅下降,动力性略有下降,但完全满足使用要求。在外特性情况下,燃用F-T柴油时,燃油消耗率平均下降10.9%,CO、NO_x和PM排放分别平均降低80.2%、11.5%和30.6%;在11个工况点下,CO、NO_x和PM排放分别降低85.7%、33.9%和43.4%。研究表明,F-T柴油可以作为防爆柴油机的良好清洁替代燃料。 To study the influence of coal-based F-T diesel fuel on the performance of explosion-proof diesel engine, 0# diesel oil and F-T diesel oil were respectively burned in the explosion-proof diesel engine equipped with an intake and exhaust flame arrester and a water-washing tank on the engine bench test. The results show that compared with the national Ⅵ 0# diesel oil, the economy of the explosion-proof diesel engine is improved and the emission of harmful pollutants is decreased sharply when using F-T diesel oil. Even the power decreases slightly, it can also completely meet the requirements of application. In the case of external characteristics with the combustion of F-T diesel oil, the fuel consumption rate is decreased by 10.9% on average, while the emissions of CO, NOx and PM are decreased by 80.2%, 11.5% and 30.6% respectively. At the 11 operating points, the CO, NOx and PM emissions are decreased by 85.7%, 33.9% and 43.4% respectively. This research shows that the F-T diesel oil can be used as a good clean alternative fuel for explosion-proof diesel engine.
