摘要
骨质疏松症是临床最常见的以骨量降低、微结构破坏,致骨强度下降、骨折风险提高的全身性骨骼疾病。随着人口老龄化日趋严重,老年骨质疏松症(Ⅱ型)成为医学领域关注的重要问题。中医学以其极具特色的诊疗手段在Ⅱ型骨质疏松症临床治疗中取得一定的成果,该文旨在对中医治疗该症的进展及面临的挑战作出概述。
Osteoporosis is the most common clinical skeletal disease with reduced bone mass,microstructural disruption,decreased bone strength,and increased risk of fracture. As the ageing of the population becomes more and more serious,osteoporosis（Type II） has become an important medical challenge for humans. TCM has achieved good results in the clinical treatment of type II osteoporosis with its unique diagnostic tools. This article aims to provide an overview of the progress and challenges faced by TCM in treating this disease.
