摘要
目的:了解藏族初中生的学习倦怠状况及其影响因素,为其学业提供有针对性的指导和帮助。方法:采用中学生学习倦怠调查问卷,对215名藏族初中生进行调查,同时收集被试的性别、年级等一般人口学资料。结果:藏族初中生处于转变为学习倦怠的危险期,开始出现情绪、生理、师生关系疏离、学习信心不足等状态,尤其以生理耗竭最为突出;男初中生的学习倦怠程度高于女生,初一学生的学习倦怠感强于初二和初三学生,初二和初三学生之间无显著差异;来自农村的学生倦怠感高于来自城镇和牧区的学生,而城镇和牧区学生之间的学习倦怠无显著差异。结论:藏族初中生开始出现学习倦怠心理,性别、年级和户籍等人口学变量对初中生的学习倦怠均有重要影响。
Objective: To explore the current situation and characteristics of learning burnout in Tibetan junior middle school students, and to provide guidance and help for their studies. Methods: A total of 215 Tibetan junior middle school students were investigated with the Learning Burnout Questionnaire, and general demographic data such as gender and grade were collected. Results: Tibetan junior middle school students were in the dangerous period of changing into learning burnout, and began to appear emotional, physiological, teacher-student relationship alienation, lack of learning confidence, especially the most prominent physical exhaustion; Boys' learning burnout degree was higher than girls, junior one students' learning burnout was stronger than junior two and junior three students, while there was no significant difference between junior two and junior three students' learning burnout. The burnout of rural students was higher than that of urban and pastoral students, but there was no significant difference between urban and pastoral students. Conclusion : Tibetan junior middle school students begin to develop learning burnout, and demographic variables such as gender, grade and household registration have important effects on learning burnout.
