摘要
印章是当前人们生活、生产以及日常办公中必不可少的标签。为了提高企事业单位的办公效率,引入了自动盖章机的概念。本文介绍了全自动盖章机的工作原理、机械结构、技术路线等方面的内容,整机系统以伺服控制器为核心,控制伺服电机,将蓝图打印机的出图检测、盖章等操作融为一体,用光电传感器检测蓝图打印机图纸到位信号,从而实现了从图纸打印到自动盖章的自动化过程无缝衔接,实现无人操作,对提高盖章机的自动化水平具有一定的指导意义。
Seal is an essential label for People's daily life, production and everyday work. In order to improve the office efficiency of enterprises and institutions, the concept of automatic stamping machine was introduced. This paper introduces the working principle, mechanical structure and technical route of the automatic stamping machine. The machine system takes the servo controller as the core and controls the servo motor. It integrates the Blueprint printer's drawing inspection, stamping and other operations into one. It uses photoelectric sensors to detect blueprint printer drawings in place of the signal, so as to achieve the automatic printing from the drawings to auto-stamping process seamlessly and to achieve unmanned operation. It has certain guiding significance for improving the automation level of the stamping machine.
