摘要
随着互联网的发展,学生可以多途径、便捷地获取信息和资源,传统教学模式受到极大冲击,学生的课堂获得感呈现"钝化"趋势。为了提升教学质量,增强学生的专业获得感,课程组从整合实践模块、优化教学资源、提升教学团队、融合第二课堂等方面着手,关注学生新需求,改革并构建中医护理实践课程体系,采用"体验式"的创新教学模式,让学生在参与和共享中体验"微成就",以增强专业获得感,激发其形成主动探索、自主发展、不断创新的动力和能力。
With the development of the Internet, students can obtain information and resources in many ways and conveniently. The traditional teaching mode has been greatly impacted, and the students’ sense of classroom acquisition shows a tendency of 'passivation'.In order to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the students’ sense of professional gain, the course group reform and construct the curriculum system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing practice, and adopt the innovative teaching mode of 'experience type', by integrating the practice module, optimizing the teaching resources, improving the teaching team and exploring the second classes, and satisfying the students’ new needs. Students experience 'micro achievement' in participation and sharing and their sense of professional gain is enhanced, as well as their motivation and ability of self-learning is stimulated and developed.
