摘要
针对医药行业对应用复合型人才的需求,我校结合自身优势与特色,依托太极集团股份有限公司与我校长期以来的良好合作关系,以促进学生个人发展为目标,以提高学校办学质量为宗旨,以满足企业需求为导向,开展校企合作的办学模式,创新性地开办中药学太极班。建立了一种培养具备中药学背景知识复合型人才的模式,通过校企双方共同合作,以实现学校、学生、企业与社会四方利益的最大化,提高并且稳定地输出符合企业发展所需的复合型人才。
In terms of the demands of inter- disciplinary talents who are needed by the Pharmaceutical Industry and with the aims of that the students can be of great development,the school can improve the teaching standard and nourish the inter- disciplinary talent who are in vast demanded by corporation.Our school,the Chengdu University of TCM,has a long history of cooperation with Taiji Group Co.,Ltd. With the oriented that the student will have a better life and the enterprise is in vast demand of the talented. Our school,with its unique character,implements the reform of education model which is based on the collaboration between the school and company. So the Taiji class in pharmacy is founded. A new education model what nourish more and more inter- disciplinary talent who equipped the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. Via the collaboration between the university and company,the Maximized benefits are realized no matter in the students,university,company and society.
