摘要
探讨Seminar教学模式在护理本科教学中的应用效果,以探索新的有效的护理本科教学方法和手段。方法:选择我校2010级护理本科学生为研究对象,以班级为单位随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统的教学模式进行教学,试验组采用Seminar教学模式进行教学。课程结束后采用统一命题,进行理论考试和实践技能的考核,并进行教学方法及效果的问卷调查以评价教学效果。结果:试验组理论考试成绩、实践技能考核成绩及教学效果问卷调查结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在护理本科教学中开展Seminar教学模式能有效地调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,全面培养学生独立思考、创新思维能力、人际沟通能力、分析解决问题能力和良好职业素养,是一种教学相长的有效教学模式。
Objective: To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching model in nursing in the undergraduate education,to explore new effective nursing undergraduate teaching methods and means.Methods: Selection of my school 2010 undergraduate nursing students as the research object,the class as a unit were randomly divided into control group and test group. The control group used the traditional teaching mode of teaching,the experimental group with the Seminar teaching mode of teaching. After the end of the course with unified proposition,theory test and practical skills examination,and questionnaire and effect of teaching methods to evaluate the teaching effect. Results: The test group theory,practice skill examination questionnaire examination and teaching effect investigation results were significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conciusion: Developing Seminar teaching model in nursing undergraduate teaching can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students, cultivate the students' independent thinking,innovative thinking ability,interpersonal communication skills,analysis and problem solving ability and good occupation accomplishment,is a kind of teaching benefits teachers as well as students and effective teaching mode.
