摘要
本文以活力建设为切入点探索学生党支部的建设问题,以成都中医药大学体育学院为例进行相关问题的调查和分析,并在此基础上进行了一般性的归因分析,认为组织生活形式化、教育内容单一化、内部结构优化不足和吸引力欠缺是导致学生党支部活力不足的原因,基于此,提出了高校学生党支部活力建设的可行性措施。。
The articlebased on the energy construction as entry points to explore the construction of students' party branch. In a case of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine sports institution investigate and make a general attribution analyses on the issues. The formalize of organization life,the simplification of education content,the insufficient optimization of internal structure and the attraction lack,which are taken for lead to the insufficient energy of students' party branch. Based on this,the feasible measures about college students' party branch energy construction which has been puts forward.
