摘要
本文从高校图书馆的发展历史、现状,图书馆的特点、任务以及图书馆的构成指出了图书馆馆员素质存在的问题,阐述了高校图书馆馆员应具备的素质。
From the aspects of history and status of University library,characteristics and tasks of library,and construction of it,this paper points out existent problems of library workers' quality,and expounds the quality which library workers should have.
