摘要
1例67岁男患者,因霉菌感染住院,给予伏立康唑0.2g,2次/日,抗真菌治疗,使用1个月后出现严重皮疹及严重肝损害,考虑为伏立康唑引起的不良反应。立即停药并给予多种措施保肝治疗,症状好转。
One 67-year-old male patient was hospitalized for fungal infection, given voriconazole 0.2 g, Bid, antifungal treatment, severe rash and severe liver damage after 1 month of use, considering adverse reactions caused by voriconazole. Immediately stop the drug and give a variety of measures to protect the liver, the symptoms improved.
