摘要
目的探讨九味镇心颗粒联合度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取2014年7月—2017年7月南京医科大学附属脑科医院收治的抑郁症患者131例,随机分成对照组(65例)和治疗组(66例)。对照组患者口服盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊,1片/次,1次/d;治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服九味镇心颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗6周。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、5-羟色胺和皮质醇水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为83.08%和95.45%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HAMD和SDS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组HAMD和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者5-羟色胺水平显著升高(P<0.05),皮质醇水平显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组5-羟色胺和皮质醇水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组药物不良反应发生率为3.03%,显著低于对照组的13.85%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九味镇心颗粒联合度洛西汀治疗抑郁症疗效显著,安全性高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with duloxetine in treatment of depression. Methods Patients（131 cases） with depression in Nanjing Brain Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2014 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control（65 cases） and treatment（66 cases） groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Duloxetine Hydrochloride Enteric Capsules, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the HAMD and SDS scores, 5-hydroxytryptamine, and cortisol levels, adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 83.08% and 95.45% respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the HAMD and SDS scores in two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the 5-hydroxytryptamine levels in two groups were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, but cortisol levels were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and the 5-hydroxytryptamine and cortisol levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. During the treatment, the adverse reactions rate in the treatment group was 3.03%, which was significantly lower than 13.85% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with duloxetine has significant curative effect on depression with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
