摘要
小建中汤研究涉及桂枝汤类方治疗内伤疾病的机制,涉及虚劳病本质,涉及治疗腹痛的机制,涉及营卫与气血之关系,涉及中医学的认识论和方法论。小建中汤最能反映中医学的医学模式。通过《金匮要略》《伤寒论》中小建中汤应用的研究,将有助于我们对中医学理论体系、思维模式的进一步思考,在系统科学的大背景下促进中医学的发展。
The study of Xiaojianzhong decoction involves the mechanism of the Guizhi decoction and the like in the treatment of internal injurydiseases. It involves the essence of the asthenia disease. It involves the mechanism of treating abdominal pain. It involves the relationship between ying-wei, qi and blood. It involves the epistemology and methodology of Chinese medicine. It is possible that Xiaojianzhong decoction can best reflect the medical model of Chinese medicine. Through the study of the application of Xiaojianzhong decoction in Synopsis of Golden Chamberand Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It will help us to further think about the theoretical system and thinking mode of TCM. In order to think about the development of Chinese medicine in the context of system science.
