摘要
目的评价经腹部超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声用于早期宫外孕的诊断效果。方法 30例进行早期宫外孕检查的患者,分别进行经腹部超声与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断。比较两种方法早期宫外孕诊断情况,并比较两种方法附件包块、胚芽、心管搏动、盆腔积液诊断情况。结果 30例进行早期宫外孕检查的患者中,手术病理证实28例为早期宫外孕, 2例为妇科急腹症。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断出25例早期宫外孕患者,诊断率为89.29%(25/28);经腹部超声诊断出18例早期宫外孕患者,诊断率为64.29%(18/28),经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断率高于经腹部超声,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声对附件包块、胚芽、心管搏动、盆腔积液的诊断率高于经腹部超声,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声用于早期宫外孕诊断效果更为准确。
Objective To evaluate the effect of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 30 patients with early ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. The diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy, adnexal mass, embryo, heart tube pulsation and pelvic effusion were compared between the two methods. Results Of the 30 patients with early ectopic pregnancy examination, 28 cases were confirmed as early ectopic pregnancy and 2 cases as gynecological acute abdomen by surgical pathology. There were 25 patients with early ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, with diagnostic rate as 89.29%（25/28）, and 18 patients with early ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound, with diagnostic rate as 64.29%（18/28）. The diagnostic rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The diagnostic rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for adnexal mass, embryo, heart tube pulsation and pelvic effusion was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnostic effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for early ectopic pregnancy is more accurate.
