摘要
本文介绍大型煤化工设备气化炉的功能、结构及技术特征,通过制造规范要求堆焊工艺评定,确定过程中各项正确、规范的堆焊技术参数,对材料控制、堆焊方法选择、过渡层堆焊、面层堆焊、无损检测等关键工艺过程内容进行详细说明,保证设备堆焊质量,顺利完成设备制造任务。
This paper firstly introduces the function, structure and technical characteristics of gasifier in large scale coal chemical equipment, and determines the correct and standard welding technical parameters in the process through the evaluation of the welding process required by the manufacturing specifications. The material control, method selection, transition layer surfacing, surface surfacing, nondestructive testing and other key process contents are described in detail to ensure the equipment surfacing quality and successfully complete the equipment manufacturing task.
