摘要
起重机械制动下滑量是起重机械性能的重要指标之一,也是《起重机械安装改造重大修理监督检验规则》中的检验项目。本文简要介绍了相关安全技术规范和标准中对起重机械制动下滑量的要求和规定,并将其与溜钩现象进行了对比,探讨了影响制动下滑量的相关因素,对判断标准、检测方法、发展方向给出了建议。
The brake glide distance is one of the important indexes of lifting appliances＇ performance, also the inspection item in the ＂lifting appliances installation, modernization and general overhaul supervision inspection regulation＂. This paper briefly introduces the relevant standards and requirements of the brake glide distance, compared with sliding hook phenomenon, discusses the related factors that affect the brake glide distance, and gives some suggestions for judging standards, testing methods and developing direction.
