摘要
电梯的异常振动往往预示着电梯系统某部分故障或不协调,此振动信号可通过三轴加速度传感器在电梯轿厢内采集,进而通过适当处理可提取出轿厢振动的特征参数,用于电梯的故障诊断。然而电梯故障诊断的合理性取决于其特征参数的精确度,现将广义延拓法用于振动信号的优化处理,在处理离散数据上结合了插值法与拟合法的优势,有助于排除采集振动信号时产生的错误点。采用小波分解与峭度分析的方法对电梯故障特征参数进行提取,在此基础上设计开发了一种贝叶斯电梯故障诊断软件并对广义延拓法进行了验证,结果表明此方法可有效增大特征信号的分辨力度,提高电梯故障诊断的系统准确性。
Abnormal vibrations of an elevator often indicate a partial failure or incoordination of the elevator system,whose signal could be collected by means of a three-axis acceleration sensor in the elevator car,and then some characteristic parameters of the elevator vibration were extracted properly and used for fault diagnosis of the elevator system. However, the rationality of the fault diagnosis depended on the accuracy of its characteristic parameters. In this paper, the generalized extension method in which advantages of interpolation method and fitting method were combined with discrete data processing was used to optimize the vibration signal and contributed to eliminate the error signal points generated in data collecting stage. Elevator fault characteristic parameters were extracted by methods of the wavelet decomposition and the kurtosis analysis,based on which a Bayesian diagnosis software was developed.Finally, a verification test of the generalized extension method was implemented and the result showed that this method could increase the resolution of characteristic signal effectively and thus improve the accuracy of the elevator fault diagnosis.
