摘要
笔者建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法(UPLC-MS/MS)检测猪肉中恩拉霉素残留量的方法。猪肉样品经甲醇+0.1 M盐酸溶液(5∶5,V/V)提取,聚合物固相萃取小柱净化,外标法定量。浓度在10.0μg/L~100.0μg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,检出限为4.0μg/kg,定量下限为10.0μg/kg。该方法用于猪肉分析的回收率为75.4%~89.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差小于4.8%(n=6)。
A method for the determination of enramycin in feeds in pork by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed. The h0mogenated pork were extracted by methanol and 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution (5:5, V/V), purified by polymer solid phase extraction column and quantified by external standard method. The linear relationship between values of the quantitative ion peak area and the mass concentration of enramycin was obtained in the range of 10.0-100.0μg/L, with the limit of detection of 4.0μg/kg and the lower quantitation limit of 10.0 μg/kg. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of pork residues, giving the accuracy of in the range of 75.4%-89.0%, with RSD'S less than 4.8% (n=6).
