摘要
目的探究核心能力培养在骨科专科护理培训中的应用效果。方法选择骨科14名护理人员作为研究对象,根据核心能力培养的理论结合本科室的护理特点,在基础培训计划下,制定符合本科室的培训计划,并实施培训。结果经过核心能力培训之后的护理人员,护理综合质量得到了显著提高,同时,患者满意度也大大增加。结论为骨科护理人员实施核心能力的培养,护理人员的技术与临床得到明显提高,同时提高相应护理质量,临床效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application of core competence training in specialized nursing training in Department of orthopedics. Methods Fourteen nurses in department of orthopedics were selected as the research objects. According to the theory of core competence training and the nursing characteristics of the undergraduate department, the training plan was formulated and implemented under the basic training plan. Results After core competence training, the comprehensive quality of nursing care has been significantly improved, at the same time, patient satisfaction has greatly increased. Conclusion Implementing core competence training for orthopaedic nurses can obviously improve the professional quality of nurses and promote the quality of nursing. The clinical effect is remarkable. It is worth popularizing.
