摘要
高校应该重视思想政治工作的改革创新，通过立足“大思政”战略定位和工作格局，成立习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心，打造思想政治教育工作四支队伍，实施国防教育工程，开展“四进两联一交友”活动，坚持以文化人以文育人，推进高校思想政治教育工作走向深入。
Colleges should focus on the reform and innovation of ideological and political work by the following ways：keep a foothold on the strategy of Big Ideological and Political education and work style, set up a research center of the socialism ideology with Chinese characteristic, form four ideological and political education teams, carry out national defense education projects and the activity of ＂going into dormitory, going into the classroom, going into the dining hall, connecting to the Internet, contacting students and their parents, and making friends with the students＂ ,and adhere to cultivating students with culture. These measures will push the ideological and political work in the colleges to go further.
