摘要
干式双离合自动变速器(Dry Dual Clutch Transmission,DDCT)的膜片弹簧和从动盘波形弹簧片对常开式离合器的转矩传递特性有着重要影响。在分析膜片弹簧结合性能和载荷特性的基础上,推导出了内、外膜片弹簧的载荷变形公式。通过离合器总成台架试验,得到了从动盘轴向压缩曲线。综合考虑了膜片弹簧的载荷变形特性和从动盘总成的轴向压缩特性,利用Matlab/Simulink工具箱建立了常开式膜片弹簧离合器转矩传递模型,进而仿真得到了离合器转矩与接合轴承位移的关系曲线。
The diaphragm spring and driven plate waveform spring of Dry Dual Clutch Transmission(DDCT)have important influence on the clutch torque transmission characteristics of the normal-open clutch.Based on the analysis of combination performance and load deformation characteristics of the inner and outer diaphragm spring,the load deformation formula is deduced.Combining with the clutch assembly bench test,the axial compression curve of the clutch assembly is obtained.Considering the load deformation characteristic of the diaphragm spring and the axial compression properties of driven plate assembly,the torque transfer model of the normal-open diaphragm spring clutch is established with Matlab/Simulink.The relation curve between the clutch torque and joint bearing displacement is drawn in simulation.
