摘要
艾草是一类多年生的菊科蒿属植物。艾叶的营养活性物质有挥发性油类、黄酮类、三萜类和桉叶烷类等,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗癌和提高机体免疫力等生物学功能。艾草提取物及其加工的艾粉、艾杆等作为功能性饲料添加剂或饲料原料,在畜牧生产中已有报道,应用前景广阔。本文综述了艾草的主要营养活性物质及其组学功能、艾草在畜牧生产应用的现状,以期为艾草在畜牧生产上合理利用提供理论依据。
Artemisia argyi is a kind of perennial plants of the genus Artemisia,Compositae. The main active nutrient components of Artemisia argyi leaves are volatile oils,flavonoids,three terpenoids and eucalyptus,ect.,which have biological functions including antibiosis,antivirus,antitumor and immunity enhancement. As a newtype of feed additive or feed ingredient,it has been applied in animal production and has broad prospect for application. This paper reviewed the main active nutrient components and their omics functions,as well as the application in animal husbandry of Artemisia argyi,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the rational utilization of Artemisia argyi in animal production.
