摘要
目的：系统评价益气活血类中药改善脊髓型颈椎病术后残留症状疗效。方法：计算机检索知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方、CBM、Pub Med、中国科技期刊数据库（VIP）等数据库,并手工检索,收集有关使用益气活血法类中药改善脊髓型颈椎病术后残留症状的随机、半随机对照试验。纳入研究的数据提取和质量评价由两人独立完成,应用Rev Man5.3软件进行数据分析。结果：严格按照纳入标准、排除标准对所检索文献进行筛选,共纳入7篇文献,纳入病例421例。益气活血类中药或联合西药改善脊髓型颈椎病术后残留症状总有效率[OR=2.98,95%CI（1.62,5.48）]、治愈率[OR=4.02,95%CI（2.45,6.60）]、治疗结束后CSM脊髓功能状态评分（40分制）[MD=2.47,95%CI（1.56,3.37）]、治疗后JOA脊髓型颈椎病脊髓功能评分（17分制）[SMD=1.03,95%CI（0.54,1.52）]均优于单纯西药对照组。结论：目前的临床证据表明,益气活血类中药干预相较于单纯西医治疗脊髓型颈椎病术后残留症状有更好的恢复效果。由于纳入研究质量总体不高,上述结论仍需严格设计的高质量大样本随机对照试验进一步验证。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of supplementing Qi and activating blood medicine in treating the postoperative residual symptoms of cervical spondylosis. Methods：The clinical randomized controlled trials of supplementing Qi and activating blood medicine to treat residual symptoms of cervical spondylosis were collected and reviewed by manual and computer retrieval in the database such as Weipu,CBM,CNKI,Wan Fang,Pub Med,Chinese SCI-tech periodical database（VIP）. Two people extracted the research data by themselves,and Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3 software. Results：A total of 7 pieces of literature and 421 cases were selected by using inclusion and exclusion criteria strictly. And the Meta-analysis of the data showed that the total effective rate[OR=2.98,95% CI（1.62,5.48）],the cure rate[OR=4.02,95% CI（2.45,6.60）],in the end of the treatment by the Chinese herbs the score of spinal function and conditions（40 grades）[MD=2.47,95% CI（1.56,3.37）]and the score of CSM function by JOA[SMD=1.03,95% CI（0.54,1.52）],had obvious advantages compared with control group. Conclusion：The present clinical evidence indicates that the intervention of supplementing Qi and activating blood medicine has a better recovery effect than the treatment of postoperative residual symptoms of cervical spondylosis.Due to the low quality of the proof,the results of the above research need to be further validated strictly by the clinical randomized controlled trials with high quality samples.
