摘要
目的：探讨中药联合黄体酮胶丸对肾阳虚型黄体功能不全性不孕症患者的治疗效果。方法：将70例已确诊为该病的患者分为两组：治疗组38例,用中药联合黄体酮胶丸的方法进行医治;对照组32例,单纯用黄体酮胶丸来进行医治。观察两组治疗后的妊娠率、基础体温高温相持续天数≥12 d上升率、排卵后第8天血清孕酮（P）≥5.5 ng/mL上升率及临床证候积分减少率。结果：治疗后两组患者的妊娠率、基础体温上升率、排卵后第8天血清P值与治疗前比较均有明显提高;临床证候积分与治疗前比较明显降低。治疗组和对照组的妊娠率分别为42.11%、18.75%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组和对照组的基础体温上升率分别为92.11%、90.63%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组和对照组的排卵后第8天血清P值上升率分别为97.36%、81.25%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组和对照组的临床证候积分减少率分别为94.73%、75.00%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药联合黄体酮胶丸法和单纯应用黄体酮胶丸法治疗肾阳虚型黄体功能不全性不孕症患者均有较好的疗效,但中药联合黄体酮胶丸法在提高临床妊娠率,提高患者排卵后第8天血清P值以及在改善临床症状方面相对于单纯应用黄体酮胶丸法有更明显的疗效。
Objective：To explore the effect of Chinese medicine combined with progesterone soft capsules on kidney Yang deficiency infertility due to luteal insufficiency. Methods：70 cases of the patients had been diagnosed as two groups：38 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone soft capsules,and 32 cases in the control group were treated with progesterone soft capsules alone. The pregnancy rate,basal body temperature rise rate,serum progesterone（P）rise rate and clinical syndrome integral reduction rate of two groups after treatment were observed after eighth days of ovulation. Results：After the treatment,the pregnancy rate,the basal body temperature rise rate and the serum P value of the eighth days after ovulation were obviously improved in the two groups,and the clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that before the treatment. The pregnancy rate in the treatment group and the control group was 42.11% and 18.75% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The basal body temperature rise rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.11% and 90.63% respectively（P〈0.05）,and the serum P value of the treatment group and the control group was 97.36% and 81.25% respectively after the ovulation,and the difference was 97.36% and 81.25% respectively. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the reduction rate of the clinical syndrome score of the treatment group and the control group was 94.73% and 75% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone soft capsules method and the simple application of progesterone soft capsules method have good curative effect on the patients with kidney Yang deficiency intertility due to luteal insufficiency,but the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and progesterone soft capsules method can improve the clinical pregnancy rate,improve the se
