摘要
通过数据对比得出河南农民的收入增长速度依然比较慢,城乡收入差距依然在扩大,且各地区发展不均衡。为准确分析影响河南农村居民收入增长的因素,搜集了2002到2016年的14个有关指标的数据。使用主成分分析法,分别用一个主成分替代农业现代化和信息化水平。通过逐步回归法分析,得到显著影响农民收入的指标有信息化水平、教育水平、地方财政预算支出,改善这3个指标对河南农村居民人均收入水平的提高都有显著的促进作用。提出五条增加农民收入的建议:推动农业多元发展,大力发展特色产业;完善土地流转制度,发展适度规模经营;加大农村教育投入,提高农民科技水平和信息处理能力;转变政府人员的服务意识,发挥财政支出的积极作用;加大农业补贴力度,提高农民财产性收入水平。
Data comparison indicates that the growth rate of fammrsqncome in Henan is still slow, and the gap between urban and rural incomes is still widening, with uneven regional development. For an accurate analysis of the factors influencing farmers' income in Henan province, data including 14 indicators are collected from year 2002 to 2016, and analyzed by the principal component analysis with agricuhural modenfization and informatization levels respectively expressed by one index. Through the stepwise regression method, there are thine indicators that show significant influence on farmers' income, i.e. informatization level, education level, and local budget expenditure. These indicators have a significant promoting effect on the improvement of farmers' income per capita. Accordingly five suggestions are summarized to inurease farmers' income, i.e. promoting diversified development of agriculture and vigorously developing characteristic industries; improving the land circulation system and developing appropriate scale operations; increasing investment in rural education and improving farmers'scientific and technological knowledge and information processing capacity; raising the service awureness of government personnel and making a positive use of fiscal expenditure ; and inureasing agricultural subsidies and raising the level of famlers' property income.
