共生菌培养物影响蚯蚓繁殖的初步试验 被引量:1

摘要 以剩余污泥(污泥)为主要原料制作适宜的蚯蚓养殖培养基,研究蚯蚓共生菌培养物对蚯蚓繁殖的影响,从而提高蚯蚓的产蛋量和繁殖率。试验显示,单独施用共生菌发酵液稀释液,平均产蛋率为572%,最佳的稀释比为共生菌发酵原液:水=1:20;共生菌发酵液与EM菌发酵液共同施用,平均产蛋率达到了842%,最佳配比是共生菌发酵液与EM菌发酵液的体积比例为1:2,两菌发酵原液与水的稀释比也是1:20。结果表明,无论是单独使用还是混合使用共生菌发酵液,蚯蚓共生菌发酵液都能够大幅度提高蚯蚓的产蛋数量和繁殖率,为蚯蚓大规模处置剩余污泥,消除环境污染提供了新的技术保障。 To increase the egg production and reproduction rate of earthworms, the effect of the culture of earthworm symbiotic bacteria on the reproduction of earthworm has been studied with a suitable culture medium made by surplus sludge as the main raw material. The test shows that the average egg laying rate is 572% when the application of dilution solution of fermentation broth of symbiotic bacteria is conducted alone. The best dilution ratio is that the original fermentation solution of symbiotic bacteria to water is equal to 1 : 20. The average egg production rate is 842% when co-application of symbiotic fermentation broth and EM fermentation broth is conducted. The best proportion is that the volume ratio of the fermentation broth of symbiotic bacteria to the fermentation broth of EM bacteria is 1 : 2, and the dilution ratio of the fermentation broth of two bacteria to water is 1 : 20. Results show that the egg yield and fecundity rate of earthworm could be greatly increased by using the fermentation broth of symbiotic bacteria alone or mixed. It provides a new technical guarantee for earthworm to dispose surplus sludge on a large scale to eliminate environmental pollution.
