摘要
本文分析了影响CFB锅炉床温的因素,通过借鉴国内外电厂一些降床温改造方案,集合本公司实际所采取的一些降床温改造技术加以整理,深入论述了适用于本公司的降床温改造技术方案,从而在保证机组安全稳定运行的基础上显著降低床温,以满足环保要求、满足粉煤灰提取氧化铝的要求,达到经济环保效益最大化。
This paper analyzes the factors that affect the bed temperature of CFB boiler, and through drawing lessons from some retrofit schemes in power plants at home and abroad, integrates some retrofit technologies of bed temperature reduction adopted by our company to be sorted out. The technical scheme of reducing bed temperature for the company is discussed in depth, so that the bed temperature can be significantly reduced on the basis of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the units, in order to meet the requirements of environmental protection and to meet the requirement of extracting alumina from fly ash, which maximize economic and environmental benefits.
