摘要
无(小)煤柱开采技术是提高资源回收率、缓解采掘接续紧张、延长矿井寿命、改善矿压显现的一项先进的煤炭开采工艺。本文针对沿空留巷和沿空掘巷开采技术应用问题进行了研究,综述了无(小)煤柱开采技术及其发展,分析了开采应力环境。通过对宁煤集团应用实例的介绍,分析了无(小)煤柱开采技术中存在的问题并给出了相应的对策,得出了只要集团主推,超前谋划,采用"因地制宜、适用实用"的原则,不断完善工艺,从设计源头谋划,积极引进装备,采取机械作业,制定政策激励,让全员参与,无(小)煤柱开采技术的应用前景将更加广阔。
The non (small) coal pillar mining technology is an advanced coal mining process that improves resource recovery rate, alleviates the tension of continuing mining, extends mine's life and improves ground pressure manifestation. This paper studies the application problem of mining technology in the gob-side entry retaining and gob-side entry driving. The mining technology and its development of non (small) coal pillar are reviewed, mining stress environment is analyzed, Through the introduction of the application examples of Ningxia Coal Industry Company, the problems existing in the technology of non (small) coal pillar mining are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward, principle of "adapting to local conditions and applying practicality" is adopted if the group mainly promotes work, advance planning, continuous improving the process, planning from the source of design, actively import equipment, taking mechanical work, formulate policy incentives for all members to participate, which make the application prospects of non (small) coal pillar mining technology be broader.
