摘要
目的:观察中药助消贴改善重型颅脑损伤(SBI)患者胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法:将78例SBI患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组予以胃肠动力药及灌肠治疗;观察组在此基础上,加用助消贴在患者脐部(神阙穴)进行贴敷,2次/d,每次30分钟,7天为1个疗程。观察2组患者肠鸣音恢复情况及胃肠道营养耐受情况。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间(22.75±5.33)小时,优于对照组(26.38±9.24)小时,观察组消化道耐受率94.87%与对照组76.92%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药助消贴外敷能改善SBI患者胃肠功能,并能减少应激性溃疡等消化系统并发症,提高临床治愈率,改善患者生存质量。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of herbs digestion-promoting plaster in improving gastroin-testinal dysfunction of the patients with severe brain injury （SBI）. Methods： Seventy-eight patients were randomizedinto the observation group and the control group, 39 cases each group. The control group were treated with gastroin-testinal motility drugs and enema, while the observation group accepted application of digestion-promoting plaster tothe umbilical region（Shenque, CV8, RN8） based on the therapy that the control group accepted, twice each day, 30minutes each time, seven days were one course. The conditions of borborygmus recovery and gastrointestinal nutri-tional tolerance of the patients were observed. Results： The time of borborygmus recovery of the observation groupwas （22.75± 5.33） hours, superior to （26.38依9.24） hours of the control group, alimentary tract tolerance rate of theobservation group was 94.87%, higher than 76.92% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Digestion-promotion plaster could improve gastrointestinal function of SBI patients, reducethe complications of gastrointestinal system such as stress ulcer and others, raise clinical cure rate and amelioratesurvival quality of the patients.
